Personal and identifying data.
As a result of browsing the Site, we inform you that the Data Controller will process your Personal Data, which may consist of an identifier such as your name, an identification number, an online identifier or to one or more characteristic elements of your physical, economic, cultural or social identity capable of making you identified or identifiable. Other Personal Data that you freely provide in information request forms may also be processed. The site does not require you to enter sensitive data, as defined in Art. 9.1 Reg. 2016/679/EU, and the Data Controller assumes no responsibility should you independently enter such data.
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or third parties.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered. We may process personal and/or contact data such as first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number.
Modalities of the treatment - retention times
The Personal Data processed will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes stated above in compliance with the principles of minimization and limitation of storage ex art. 5.1.e) of the Regulations. In any case, the Controller will process Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed, as better specified in the specific disclosures
Scope of communication and dissemination
Your data, subject to processing, will not be disseminated sold or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the data subject. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:

- firms or companies as part of service and consulting relationships;

However, your data will not be disseminated

Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, You have the right to request at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or deletion of the same, limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation. At any time, you may revoke ex art. 7 of the Regulation the consent given; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority ex art. 77 of the Regulation (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali WWW.GARANTEPRIVACY.IT) pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force. You may make a request to object to the processing of your data pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation in which you give evidence of the reasons justifying the objection: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which would not be accepted in the event of the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for proceeding with the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms. The addresses to be used for the exercise of your rights are those of the Controller as listed above
