HIGH-PRECISION STRUCTURAL STEELWORK FOR A THIRD PARTY

Many years of experience supported by the most advanced production and management technologies can offer a standard of supplies and services among the best on the market.

LARGE MACHINE INVENTORY

The division has a large machine inventory made up of numerical control and robotic machines ranging from laser cutting, punching, manual and robotic bending, CNC machining, electric spot welding, manual and robotic welding (MIG – Metal Inert Gas / TIG – Tungsten Inert Gas), finishing (ultrasound, tumble polishing, satin finishing, deburring, micro shot-peening).

SAFE PROCESSES

Internal processes, as well as all other structural steelwork and mechanical processes can be managed in outsourcing through our network of external suppliers and partners validated by us according to our quality and process standards in compliance with ISO 9001 certification, in order to always guarantee our customers quality, timeliness and service even during periods of intense workload.

WIDE RANGE OF MATERIALS

State-of-the-art equipment and organization allow MIBA to perform impeccable high-precision machining on a very wide range of materials such as: Iron, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass (Special alloys such as: Nickel silver,Titanium, etc…)

PRECISE FINISHES

We also deal with all finishing treatments and/or processing of details such as: Galvanic and Thermal treatments, powder and liquid coating, electrophoresis, anodizing, silk-screen printing, etc., and assembly; in this way, MIBA is able to provide a high-quality and comprehensive service tailored to your needs.

QUALITY CERTIFICATES

On request, we provide Quality Certificates as well as tests at our company and in the most qualified professional laboratories.
We also pay particular attention to the timeliness of order delivery which, to complete our services, is carried out on request by our own means or using carriers with whom we have an agreement for all transports and deliveries to our customers, both in Italy and abroad.

BOOK A VISIT AT OUR PLANT

What is structural steelwork and what happens in a structural steelwork transformation center

There are many fields of application of structural steelwork (structural steelwork for houses, structural steelwork for wooden structures, structural steelwork for electrical equipment, etc.). This is also the reason why this sector has registered a growth in our national panorama.
This production sector refers to a well-structured group of finished metal products. They are made by means of special production processes that use various materials and tools, involving cutting, forming, welding and finishing. Materials are selected according to the artifact produced, the most commonly used include: iron, stainless steel, rolled steel and carbon.

The differences in the production of light structural steelwork and the assembly plan for heavy structural steelwork

A first difference concerns the heavy and light structural steelwork. The difference is the type of processing of the sheets used to produce the different structures. Heavy structural steelwork is applied in productions such as public structures, bridges, factories and factory sheds. Light structural steelwork is used in contexts featuring lighter weights and dimensions, as happens for example in the case of steel stairs.
The direct consequence of these preliminary remarks is represented by the different constraints regarding the requirements in terms of safety and stability. If we look at the regulatory aspects, one of the references is the UNI EN 1090.

MIBA, structural steelwork manufacturer with structural steelwork design activity

MIBA has been working for 40 years in the field of structural steelwork and offers its customers the most advanced production and management technologies. Our structural steelwork division has a large inventory of numerical control and robotic machines ranging from laser cutting, punching, manual and robotic bending, CNC machining, electric spot welding, manual and robotic welding (MIG – Metal Inert Gas / TIG – Tungsten Inert Gas), finishing (ultrasound, tumble polishing, satin finishing, deburring, micro shot-peening).
MIBA assures its customers the use of state-of-the-art equipment and organization, thanks to which high-precision machining is carried out using a wide variety of materials: iron, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, as well as special alloys (nickel silver, titanium, etc.).
Our operations do not neglect finishing treatment and/or processing for details, such as galvanic treatments, thermal treatments, powder and liquid coating, electrophoresis, anodizing, silk-screen printing, etc.. To these, we add assembly operations. In this way, we can assure our customers a complete and high quality service, fully customized, focused on their needs.
