Through the effective application of its Quality Management System ISO 9001 since 1999 and BS OHSAS 18001 for the health and safety of workers since December 2013, MIBA has been pursuing the continuous improvement of its processes in order to increase customer’s satisfaction and the health and safety conditions of its employees.
Finally yet importantly, since MIBA is firmly convinced of the necessity of environmental defence, it will soon achieve certification to ISO 14001.
MIBA has always paid attention to this aspect (lower environmental pollution, reduced consumption, raw material recycling, etc.) and, a long time ago it started and successfully completed the project named “CARTA ZERO” which has contributed to remove the most of the internal paper documents in all the production departments.
Consequently, this activity has favoured and improved the efficiency of the information exchange throughout the company by the computerization of each workstation, with considerable advantages as to efficiency, removal of any document mistake, optimization of time and related cost reduction.
